I’m writing this review after going through repeated disappointment with this company. If you’re even considering working with them, do yourself a favor — don’t. No matter how much or how little you pay, they are just not worth it.
I subscribed to their Social Media Marketing (SSM) services based on all the big promises made by their sales person. Everything sounded great until the payment was done. After that, the story completely changed.
The team was allotted after unnecessary delays, and the first thing they told me was, “Sir, don’t go by what the sales person said, we are a different team.” That one line says everything about their internal mess. No coordination, no professionalism, no communication.
The people handling the work couldn’t meet a single deadline. Every time I asked for updates, the same excuse came up — “Sir, I’m unwell.” It happened multiple times in just a few weeks. Once or twice is understandable, but when it becomes a pattern, it’s just irresponsible.
Their senior team is no better. They don’t pick calls, they don’t reply to messages, and they simply ignore genuine concerns. Even after repeatedly writing on the WhatsApp group, not one senior stepped in to sort things out.
To make it worse, within a week of onboarding, they started trying to sell me extra services when they hadn’t even delivered the basics of what I’d already paid for. That clearly shows what their focus is upselling, not delivering.
The core issue is simple: there is no ownership, no accountability, and no respect for clients. When the assigned person fails, no one else takes charge. You’re just left hanging, chasing people who neither care nor respond.
If you want to waste your money, time, and peace of mind, this company will help you do that. But if you actually expect results, professionalism, and respect look somewhere else. I’m already moving on to a better agency after this disaster.

there is no single order generated from Cruzen Digital service provider. I found team is totally irresponsible and not giving proper answer of any work done.
for 1.5 months my company name and products was not activated in Amazon. and they promised to exted my service for 1.5 months because they count the service days when products are shown on amazon.
than just they have generated some free random back links in pinterst. no updates from the team. after complaining they just change the service executive and give commitment for good service.
suddenly after 3 months they have stooped the service and asked me to pay the fees as 3 month service is over.
I do not recommend the service by cruzen digital and request new clients do not pay any payment.

Such a horrible experience with this company. It's just a trap. They just have one intention to earn money from customers. Once you pay them they show you 5 mint work in 2 days. No communication with customer, no experience at all in listing. I hired them for Amazon. Some amature person who literally know nothing did wrong listings. First they will say, they will get 100-200 sales per month. In the month end I got 0 investing 7500 rs. Not a single sale I received, where I myself being an inexperienced person rcvd more that 50 sales in a month by experimenting myself. All of their reviews are fake too. Don't trust them at all. They are completely fraud.
