Quick-Learning Moms to join our Smart Mom's Team. The Smart Moms will be responsible for
providing Administrative Support Directly to the CEO in our different ventures of your
choice, and at times, to other Senior Leadership at the company Online Start-Ups.
Skills and experience
Demonstrate a good understanding of Start-Up processes and common issues; keep informed
of current immigration developments.
Excellent level of attention to detail with sound business judgement.
Experience working as an enthusiastic member of the team with previous supervising
experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Good stakeholder management skills.
Very good organisation skills with ability to plan, prioritize, meet deadlines, monitor
budget and manage multiple small scale projects.
Strong IT skills, including very good MsOffice (Word, Excel and Power Point)
Client driven with strategic and commercial awareness.
Good presentation skills.
Prior experience in Overseas Education / Immigration / Sales and Counselling is an added
advantage.
Fresher with confidence and enthusiasm will also be considered.
Experience:
work: 1 year (Preferred)
substance abuse counseling: 1 year (Preferred)
Education:
Any graduate with MBA is an added advantage. Willing to travel all over the World.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Lead generation with potential customers to prospect for new Business
• Creating detailed proposal documents
• Responding to incoming mails and sales queries
• Developing and Managing various Systems and Processes for different Start-Ups.
• Single point of contact between company and customer [ B2b and B2C] .
• Representing the organization through events and demonstrations
• Negotiating on price, costs, delivery and specifications with buyers and managers
• Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions
• Always keep track of the stock available in stock
• Recording sales and order information and sending details.
• Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets
• Making accurate, rapid cost calculations and providing customers with quotations
• Attending Team meetings and sharing best practices with them
Recognition and Rewards / Achievements:
• Direct Sales to Customer
• Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers in person via emails
• Need analysis of customer i.e. listening to customer requirements and presenting
appropriately to make sales
Investment : INR 10,000/- to INR 10,00,000/- [Depends on Start-Up]

Training Duration : 1 Week to 6 Weeks [Depends on Start-Up]
