Learning: I have learnt Strategic Planning through this game. 
Likes: I liked the way our CEO has handled everything. She saw to it that the deadlines were met without being arrogant or rude to anyone. Our CEO is very understanding and hardworking. 
Dislike: As I look forward to doing ahead more interesting and creative actual HR domain work for Aircrews I would like to terminate my participation from the game.
Also I want to work with Aircrews on some real and creative HR work which we can do in order to help to aviation industry to cope up with the crisis and stay motivated in this pandemic.

3) Business game is really a good idea to give an overall view to the new candidates. It is learning with fun. The feel of running a business and also gaining knowledge about it. It made me aware of important organizations of aviation industries, airlines and airport and I also learnt a lot while making OPM document that was assigned to me.

4) I'm glad to be part of this wonderful team. The efforts of all the members and our mentors gave me immense confidence to lead such a team. It was all new experience which I haven't got earlier. I learnt people skills, managerial skills than aircrafts knowledge. I understood the person who is assisting the members need to learn a lot and be alert for any kind of uncertainty. I liked the team spirit and mutual understanding between the members but I felt more interaction is needed.

7) Hands on experience is always better than the theory that we always have been following. In the real world, practical knowledge is what comes in handy and this fictional game has helped me learn a lot of things like leadership, team work, mentorship etc. Acting like a catalyst is a different role in all and i honestly enjoyed that a lot. Overall it was a great experience that i shall carry forward.

8) The game was effective to teach the learner how to run and work in a business. It came with supporting materials which provide thorough and relevant background information and an excellent aviation business. The game itself is very well produced. The structure of the game works well – it effectively teaches, tests and reinforces. It is consistently engaging and fun.
First things first, I liked the game concept very much that I got too eager to be a part of it. Never in my life, I have even suggested a name to a baby then suggesting the name for the company which got selected by the votes. It was a big deal for me even if it is a fictional game. I learnt basic graphic designing software, not much but I gained interest in this field and will be learning it soon. I am an engineer, been always working on the codes or the electronic devices. Branding, marketing have never been my thing to do but when I was given the responsibility of the director marketing in the game I generated some really good ideas and it might sound funny but i am actually more inclined towards pursuing MBA.
I would love to thank Aircrews Aviation for providing me this beautiful and brainy experience.
